Newsletters
Are you tired of reading through pages and pages of information of which you probably only need about 10%? Industry News is specifically written to eliminate long, expressive reports. It is primarily aimed at informing stakeholders in the industry on relevant issues, trends and topics in the construction industry in a concise manner. Reports are distributed on a weekly basis and cover relevant aspects in the industry. Are you troubled by the high rate of migration in South Africa? How does that affect the construction industry, and ultimately your business? Are you interested in the growing informal sector? Do you need to know how many new organizations join the industry each year or month? And how many are liquidated? ...then this service is just right for you. Socio-Economic Impact Assessments
The sustainable development of communities is dependant on positive development of their socio economic environment. For this reason its is becoming increasingly important that socio economic impact assessment together with environmental assessments form an integral part of the planning process for such developments. A socio economic impact assessment will analyse the social and economic benefits and implications of a development on the broader community taking into account its immediate implications (during construction phase) and the longer term implications. Another important aspect of the socio economic impact assessment should be to incorporate the impact on crime.
